The future is now
Can’t wait for the Tesla Cybertruck? Get your hands on this RM30,000 Cybertruck-inspired iPhone, Cyberphone instead!
When the Tesla Cybertruck was first announced, its rather an interesting design that made headlines all across the internet and mainstream media. People either liked it or hated it.
It seems like Caviar, a Russian company that makes custom smartphone body parts liked the Tesla Cybertruck so much, they sent their engineers to design a Cybertruck-inspired iPhone.
If you haven’t heard of Caviar, they are one of the companies that make those gold-covered iPhones that can cost up to $100,000!
Introducing… the Tesla Cybertruck iPhone, the CYBERPHONE!
The Cyberphone starts at $5,950 (~RM27,000) for the 64GB iPhone 11 Pro, with the range-topping 512GB iPhone 11 Pro Max reaching the price of $7,140 (~RM30,000).
Peculiar inspiration
According to the company, “The design of the body is inspired by the geometry of Tesla Cybertruck.” Though, with its sharp edges and distinct lines, I’m not sure if anyone is going to feel comfortable holding a mini Cybertruck in their hands.
The phone is covered in titanium, including the screen, which has a cover inspired by the bed of the Cybertruck. Check out this video for a better idea on the design.
Worth it or not?
Caviar states that the design protects the phone from impact, as well as enhancing the phone’s functionality as the front cover can be used as a phone stand.
Personally, I’d go with a RM10 phone case, saving up the rest of the money for my next phone. Stonks.
To those interested, you can find out more information about the phone and pre-order it on their website. There are only 99 units being made, and it seems like there are only 17 left in stock! If you have an excess RM30,000 lying around and you’re interested, time is running out!
